STEMA was present at the 54th edition of FACIM, having exhibited its products and services with an eye-catching showcase, arousing the attention and curiosity of many potential clients, partners and general public who approached to visit its stand.

In general, the novelty showcased by STEMA was the malt destined for breweries. In fact, STEMA has been operating as grain terminal for 20 years handling mainly wheat, corn and soybeans hence why the handling of malt constitutes a great innovation adding immeasurable value to brewing companies such as CDM owned by the multinational Ab-Inbev.

The event ran from August 27 to September 2, 2018. Throughout this period innumerous national and foreign entities and personalities visited the Mozambique agriculture, industrial and trade fair (FACIM) which was inaugurated by the prime minister, Carlos Agostinho do Rosario, who once again commended and encouraged STEMA for its notable participation.

This yearly event was mostly characterized by intensive social network as well as expression of business intentions among the participants and visitors.

A STEMA tem por hábito felicitar as mulheres moçambicanas por ocasião do dia 7 de Abril. Para este ano o lema foi “ pensar nos feitos de Josina Machel”. A mulher moçambicana é por natureza batalhadora e responsável pela renda familiar por isso desempenha um papel fundamental para a economia de Moçambique.

A STEMA no dia 6 de Abril agraciou as suas colaboradoras com presentes pelo empenho e dedicação que tem demonstrado. Na ocasião, o Administrador Delegado, Silvino Moreno destacou o enorme contributo delas na empresa. As mulheres constituem 20% da massa laboral da STEMA distribuídas pelos vários sectores.
